Husband to Tay, dad to Shep and Shiloh, entrepreneur and real estate developer, among a few other things.

Before all of that, I played college basketball. Which means you probably can't guard me.

Everything I do comes back to one thing: I want to help people find purpose and reach their full potential. That's not a tagline. It's genuinely why I get out of bed.

The dream is that everything we (the James and Saunders) are building together eventually lands in our kids' hands.

Most recent hobby: motorcycles. Bought my first bike and I'm figuring it out. Corners are still a work in progress. Straights? We're good.

I’m a washed-up baseball player turned average (on a good day) golfer.

My background is in sales and business development, which basically means that I get paid to build relationships and play golf. Pretty sick if you ask me.

I'm married to my incredible wife Hannah. Second best day of my life. Ask me about the first.

Hey, I'm Hannah.

If you had asked me a year ago whether I'd be running G1 Reserve alongside my husband and his best man, Don, well, I think you can guess the answer.

The short story is, I started a marketing firm called HK Marketing a little over two years ago and grew it into a multi-six-figure agency helping founder-led B2B companies win more business.

Now I'm bringing that operator experience to G1 Reserve, running ops for a material management company serving luxury residential builders, while still leading HK.

At the end of the day,

I'm a big believer in taking ownership of yourself and your life. That belief drives every fiber of my being and quite literally everything I do (admittedly, sometimes to a fault).

I'm fascinated by human psychology and development. This curiosity drives 99% of my learning.
